PriorityPal Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 19, 2026

PriorityPal is developed and published by THINKINGING LLC. We designed PriorityPal to help you organize your tasks, ideas, and notes while keeping your information under your control.

Information You Enter

PriorityPal allows you to enter tasks, ideas, concerns, notes, and related information. This information is stored locally on your device. THINKINGING LLC does not operate a server that stores your PriorityPal tasks or notes.

Accounts

PriorityPal does not require you to create an account or sign in.

Backup and Restore

PriorityPal allows you to create a backup file containing your app data. PriorityPal does not automatically upload your backup file to THINKINGING LLC or to a cloud service.

If you choose to save, send, or upload a copy of your backup file using email, cloud storage, or another service available on your device, your use of that service is subject to that service's privacy practices.

Advertising and Analytics

PriorityPal does not display third-party advertising and does not use third-party analytics to track your use of the app.

Data Sharing and Sale

THINKINGING LLC does not sell your PriorityPal tasks, notes, or other app content.

THINKINGING LLC does not receive your locally stored PriorityPal content unless you intentionally choose to provide it to us, for example when contacting us for support.

Your Control

Your PriorityPal tasks and notes remain on your device unless you choose to export or share a backup file yourself.

You can remove locally stored PriorityPal information by deleting it within the app or by removing the app and its locally stored data from your device, subject to your device's own backup and storage settings.

Third-Party Services

If you choose to share or store a PriorityPal backup using a third-party service, such as an email provider or cloud storage provider, that third party's privacy practices apply to information you choose to provide to it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if PriorityPal's features or privacy practices change. The current version will be posted on the THINKINGING LLC website with the date of the latest update.
